Hotel was very clean, the food was really good, staff very friendly and helpful, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. The roof top pool was great, and the spa and indoor pool was very good too, again, clean and comfortable. The massage treatment was also very good and the staff very friendly. Sound proofing in the room is very good too

Although it's not in city center Valletta yet the spot is very good , near everything needed. Great food and lots of facilities.. Big room and clean plus very comfortable Staff always there for you Special thanks to Katerina for her great hospitality. I am a wheelchair user & found everything in the Hotel easily accessible. My wife is Coeliac & was spoilt for choice on the menus. Staff were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. We mentioned the slippy ladder accessing the sea to the operations manager and he got someone to clean them.

Extremely helpful staff at reception or in the restaurant or those providing services. They immediately gave us an upgrade to our room and checked us in with ease and friendliness. They guided us to the best places around the hotel. The cleaning services were great and prompt and the food is delicious. The view from the upper terrace is beautiful.
