Meedhoo Island is very clean, with a friendly community. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, and fishing. Additionally, there are two beautiful resorts located right next to Meedhoo in the same lagoon, which I visit whenever I feel like it. The entrance fee is just a few dollars, making it very accessible. I recommend staying in Meedhoo for a budget-friendly experience while also enjoying the luxury of Maldives resorts.

To begin with, I would say that my family and I have formed a special connection with this place, and it will always remain a wonderful memory for me. The entire resort is lush and beautifully surrounded by nature. We had the opportunity to see creatures that you don’t encounter in everyday surroundings. There was so much to explore, such as the local island where you can see how people live, stunning sandy beaches, coral reefs, and more. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. What I liked the most was the staff — they were incredibly positive, kind, and it was a real pleasure to interact with them. Transportation was never an issue, as buggies were available 24/7, and you also have the option to borrow a bicycle. There were daily activities scheduled for guests as well. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would love to come back again. Thank you, Canareef Resort Maldives ❤️

Nice place to hang out a couple of days before a liveaboard. Stayed three nights and used one of the days to do some diving. They take you to the dive center and pick you up (comes with a cost) after the dives. Nice staff! Area is nice, but like the whole area of Addu, very quiet. It’s a slow paced place. Not much going on tbh.

We were only there for one night, but the hotel was perfect and Mohamed was incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and spotless clean, breakfast was a generous portion. They organised a transfer for us to/from the airport so was very easy to reach.

The guest house is very clean and only 2 kilometers away from the airport. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He helped me to find contact to my Safari boat and organized the taxi for departure. Very good for people, who want to arrive in Gan one or several days before a Safari trip begins. Or to recover after a trip. A good possibility to discover Addu city. Also good for individual (dive-) traveller, who organize their activities on their own. I got WiFi and Lavazza coffee for free. Enough reasons to recommend Muladdu Inn.

Privacy was good and the room is very comfortable. Check in and check out was convenient and easy.

Clove Beach is situated in Gan. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Gan Beach is 2 km away. The accommodation is non-smoking. Gan International Airport is 1 km from the property.
