Everything was great. We asked if we could get a ground floor room due to my wife having difficulty with stairs, this was organised for us. On arrival we were two hours early but were allowed to check in early once the room was cleaned. On seeing the views from a first floor room we asked if there was any possibility of changing room this was also allowed. Other than a fantastic view the room was large, clean and very well equipped with self catering facilities. The bed was also very comfortable.

Great location to the sea front and only a short walk into town. Shopping malls and zoo only a short taxi ride away. Friendly staff, very clean and amazing food in the onsite restaurant.

Great location, between the ADO bus station and the nuevo mercado, where the local bus for Belize is. AC worked a treat. As did the WiFi. Staff was very friendly, but be aware their English is very limited, to non-existent.
