It was close to the airport with a free airport shuttle service, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was fine, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

The hotel was fine, with easy parking and nice rooms. Breakfast was great! And so was the main restaurant at night. The location doesn't lend itself to wandering too far to find other places to eat, so this was a bonus. There wasn't any noise from traffic despite being on a busy road. (I'm a light sleeper, so it would have woken me). We'd stay here again if we visited the city.

We could have dinner in the room. The hotel is near the parking and terminal 2. The staff is amicable.

The room was excellent. I had a bit of trouble with the A/C, it didn´t quite cool as it should have. The pool was excellent.

The building is way more than a mere hotel, it's a full complex with lots of facilities : pool, sauna, restaurants, bars, business center, etc. It's located at a few minutes from the airport what is really nice for transportation purposes (shuttle included by the hotel !). The buffet breakfast is impressive with its various food options along with inside and outside tables. Housekeeping staff is really kind and professional : a wonderful stay experience ! Really hard to check-out :)....

We loved everything about Naala! First of all Jonothon at the reception, he was very helpful and welcomed us with a big smile! He let us check-in early and suggested us a nice local place to eat! The room was specious and we had a very cute terrace as well. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The location was about 15 minutes walk from the main street and shops and we did this distance even very late at night and that was fine. Near the hotel, there are restaurants, bars and places to eat or drink and a very well designed shopping mall with garden if you want to chill or smart work. The rooftop poll was really nice as well! We wish we could stay longer!!

Swimming Pool, restaurant open until 10pm, yummy food, very spacious room, very kind staff. Perfect for our 1 night stay after having arrived at the airport.

He turns a simple breakfast into a poetic culinary experience. The room is impeccably clean and the internet connection is excellent. I highly recommend this place!

This was beautiful and right in the heart of Valladolid. Big pool and communal shape around a courtyard. I loved everything about staying here. Ample space, sweet staff, gorgeous, convenient, and all the things we needed at a fingertips. It was a perfect home for our trip.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The view from my King room was incredible - right out to the volcanoes in the distance. The room was spacious, bright, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was very generous with a good variety of options. I liked my stay so much, I cancelled a future booking and booked again.
