very friendly staff, we ended up staying 2 weeks. Front desk staff, especially the night lady took the time to teach us some Spanish. Everything was clean and well looked after. Pool was perfect. close to all the activities yet a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store 4 door away, convenience store across the road, restaurants a few minutes away and within 20 minutes walk about 50 more restaurants. 7 minutes walk to the main square.

It was a huge and beautiful hacienda with lovely staff. The room was immaculately cleaned every day and the pool was fantastic. Excellent location with many great restaurants a short walk away. Valladolid is really beautiful and chill with so many things to see

The place is really fantastic. It was recently opened a couple of months ago, everything is very well organized and maintained. Rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable and with a nice terrace. The common area with the pool and restaurant is spacious and very inviting. Breakfast was delicious. Locations is great at the end of a famous street in Valladolid with many shops and a couple of min walk to the center. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. I rarely give a 10 but this hotel deserves it.

This gorgeous historic home on the best street in Valladolid has only three rooms. We stayed in the ground floor room overlooking the lovely garden and pool. It is an intimate space beautifully and simply furnished with antiques and the original tiles are stunning. Best coffee I have had in Mexico (better than any I could find in Mexico City), great breakfast and very helpful and friendly front desk staff. All in all, made for a perfect and very special stay.

The property and staff were exceptional

Lovely hotel, nice room with comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and great location in centre of Valladolid.

Cute little hotel two blocks away from the city center. Close to restaurants and cafes. Very clean. The tap water is not potable but they have water station where you can refill your bottles for free. The only downside is the very low water pressure.

The location was just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Pool was a nice touch to cool down from the heat. Room was spacious and facilities worked perfectly.

Excellent in every way - great location - great service and the room had everything we needed including quality aircon. Can’t imagine we’d have wanted to stay anywhere else for Valladolid.

A nice room with airconditioning. Bed was comfortable but I booked for 3 and there was only one very large bed. Our son ended up sleeping on the floor.

Spacious and clean room. The hotel is right behind the cathedral so the location is super central. Receptionist are super helpful and kind.

The location was very good to visit the city and move around by car, it has place to park in the roads around and the location is quite and secure.
