The service was simply AMAZING and the room was huge, clean and with A/C. The location was simply perfect, by the main road and close to downtown. Also, right in front of a Restaurant with local food, music and great atmoshpere.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the downtown of Merida. Besides the beautiful architecture, detailed interior design, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful mattresses and quietness, the service is one of the kindest and attentive we’ve encountered. Everyone was amazingly available, since our late arrival at 1 am, fulfilling all our requests and preparing our meals at the previously agreed time (punctually to the very minute).
