Its the best place to stay for those who want peace and serenity. The staff were so friendly and mannered. I and my wife had the best time of our Yucatan trip and we would love to be back here. We were so in love that we want to build a similar property. Note: if the owners want to sell it they can ask us.

Puerta Del Cielo is a hidden gem that truly deserves five stars. My recent stay left me thoroughly impressed and utterly relaxed. From the moment I arrived, the owners warm and attentive hospitality made me feel like royalty. They were always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that my experience was stress-free and enjoyable. The location of Puerta Del Cielo is nothing short of breathtaking. Perched along the pristine coastline, the views of the ocean were absolutely mesmerizing. Watching the sunset from the private terrace was a daily highlight, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing lullaby every night. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind and soak up the sun with an amazing view of the ocean. Puerta Del Cielo exceeded all my expectations. It's a paradise where you can disconnect, rejuvenate, and appreciate the natural beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful getaway, this place has it all. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I'm already planning my next visit.

Design and spacious rooms with beautiful bathroom, good swimming pool open until late evening, coffee and water offered free of charge, great service. Also the location is very good - on the main avenue but still few minutes far from the noisy city center. If we ever go back to Merida, it will be to this hotel 100%!

This hotel is a hidden gem in the downtown of Merida. Besides the beautiful architecture, detailed interior design, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful mattresses and quietness, the service is one of the kindest and attentive we’ve encountered. Everyone was amazingly available, since our late arrival at 1 am, fulfilling all our requests and preparing our meals at the previously agreed time (punctually to the very minute). We’re great fans of small boutique hotels and this one has definitely won our hearts. Highly recommended ❤️
