Peace and Enjoying We spent two nights in this special place, which is more than a hotel. You come into the large areal and the view of the buildings, gardens, pathways is breathtaking. The peacocks which are wondering around make it complete. The room we had was a double room, and it had all you need, large shower etc., coffee machine. The buildings are renovated in a very tasteful way, mostly brown and golden colors. The restaurant is great, you sit on the terrace with the view onto the garden, the food was excellent, so was the wine. Breakfast was equally great. There is a wonderful pool behind the restaurant, outside tables and deckchairs. The staff are very professional and friendly. Very Sorry we had to leave.

The quality oft the room was exceptional, size, set up, material used and equipment. Very good bathroom. Great balcony. Other facilities like swimming pool and gym are also very good.

The apartment is located in a small, beautiful hotel in a protected, fenced area. Everything here absolutely charmed us and we felt like we were in a little heaven. A beautiful landscaped garden with a clean swimming pool, sun loungers by the pool, tables for sitting outside, a billiards room, a reception room with a piano, a library, a dining room equipped with beautiful Mexican ceramics and everything you need to prepare food. A good breakfast is served by a very friendly hostess. Our room was very clean, with a big comfortable bed, with a big beautiful bathroom. The room includes a utility with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a safe and a storage room. The room is on the ground floor and has an exit directly to the pool. Everything in the hotel is excellent, carefully furnished with a great deal of good style.

The staff is really helpful and nice, we felt well welcomed! The room was amazing - very comfortable bed, nice big TV, hot water, great AC++! Rooftop pool was clean and nice, really enjoyed it early in the morning and at night. Emplacement is amazing, next to Paseo Montejo and still easily walkable to the Plaza Grande. Our favorite coffee shop was just 5min away (Soco) and other great options too. Would go again without hesitation. There was not a ton of guests which made it extra relaxing

What a fabulous stay! We spent two nights at Mas Palomas Concept House. We were warmly greeted by staff, and shown our room. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning good, and a lovely little pool. The whole hotel only has four rooms so you are well looked after. You are able to get breakfast and dinner (if you want) and the sister hotel around the corner. There is a loading bay outside to drop bags, and a private carpark to keep your car in. The staff communicate by Whatsapp if they aren't at the desk, and you are able to come and go as if its your own house. The hotel has been done up really beautifully. Even when we found our shower drain was blocked, the staff fixed when we went out for a walk our first evening, and we didn't have any more problems after that. The team also recommend a fabulous restaurant in Merida, and we are so grateful for how lovely they were! You are also only a short walk from central Merida, but just outside which means its very quiet at night.

It is really really superb. The owner is there every day and he really cares about the guests. The hotel is beautiful, the interior design is amazing. They had contact to a really good tour organizer which was much cheaper than anything on tripadvisor and the tours were great.
