This place is an absolute gem. We have visited many destinations around the world, but we have never experienced such genuine hospitality, warmth, and kindness from a host and staff as we did here. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — welcomed, safe, and truly cared for. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were traveling as a family with our almost 2-year-old daughter, and we are deeply grateful for how lovingly she was treated. With patience, care, and bright smiles all around, we felt she was truly looked after. This place is made special by the people who clearly love what they do — and you can feel it in every small detail. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and sincerely hope to return one day! 💛

All was good - there is breakfast included in the price. Dorms are nice with comfortable beds. They have a turtle pet in the yard. The house is huge and in colonial style. Close to centre and bus station. Recommended.

I love the interior design it is a charming and beautifully decorated place.small cozy hotel with everything you need in Merida. Cameral breakfast: delicious and very good coffee Absolutely recommend! Worth every penny (I loved the decorations in the garden and the room in the bathroom, next to the wall - phenomenal idea to put the plants between the window and the wall!!!! Love it!!)

The Hotel: A beautiful property with stunning original architecture and decorative details—truly candy for the eyes! The magnificent traveler’s palm trees in the courtyard were absolutely striking. Room: Very comfortable overall. Good a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with enough amenities. Quietness: Despite being on a busy street, the inside of the hotel felt completely insulated from the noise of traffic. Room is very quite ( without the AC on) Location: Quite good. While the street itself isn’t particularly interesting, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The walk is safe, even at night. Parking: A paid private parking lot was available at another property right next door , and the cost was quite reasonable.
