The location is in a small Mayan village just outside the main town, which makes it a very peaceful hotel set in beautiful gardens. I spent the first day relaxing by the pool, reading and chatting with Idhel and Harry. Harry made a delicious dinner for my first night in Mexico, guacamole and ceviche served with a blue margarita. For breakfast, Idhel made me some huevos rancheros which were delicious. I felt pampered at this fantastic hotel and can't wait to go back and be pampered again.

The location is just amazing! The cenotes are beautiful, it’s worth to go for a walk on the terrain! The people are friendly, always laughing. The shower is fantastic as well as the room in total. But if your seeking for a quiet, rustic, peacefull in nature! This the place to be!

This place was amazing, just what we were looking for. Everything was as expected and much more. The rooms and place is very clean and beautiful, and the owner is beyond kind. She led us through a holistic activity in the morning, even made us cappuccinos and gave us bananas. Everyone there was super friendly, and the place has the best vibe. The staff were so kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses in the hotel room an pd hadn’t realised, but they messaged me to let me know and I was able to retrieve them again. The hotel has a lovely old style room. The breakfast area and garden is so tranquil. The location is perfect, so close to the main square of Valladolid.

Beautiful property, very stylish and nicely done. We had an early pickup on the first day and the staff kindly arranged a great take away breakfast. Food in the restaurant was great as was breakfast the next day. We loved the open shower and the treatment in the spa was one of the best I have ever had!

From beginning ‘till the end, our stay was perfect here. The people are sooo nice and will do everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You can order your breakfast the day before and let me just say, it’s delicious!! It’s a small 10min. walk to the townhall centre and very safe. They also have a parking lot you can use to keep your car from getting scratched but the 2nd night, we just parked it in front of the hotel. Antonio was so nice to give us information about cenotes we could visit that weren’t that busy. It’s a new hotel but will be booked fulltime in a couple of months!!
