It’s a brand new hotel with amazing people - the receptionist doesn’t speak English but we managed it, also, you have a contact for English speaking host on WhatsApp all the time. We felt very welcomed. The room is clean and fresh, smart tv, amazing air conditioning - very quiet. But most importantly- finally a good pressure in shower!! We could finally take a proper shower after 3 weeks in Mexiko! (We had to ask for making the pressure higher through WhatsApp and they magically did it :)) Free parking, free cold drinking water.

The location is in a small Mayan village just outside the main town, which makes it a very peaceful hotel set in beautiful gardens. I spent the first day relaxing by the pool, reading and chatting with Idhel and Harry. Harry made a delicious dinner for my first night in Mexico, guacamole and ceviche served with a blue margarita. For breakfast, Idhel made me some huevos rancheros which were delicious. I felt pampered at this fantastic hotel and can't wait to go back and be pampered again.

We loved absolutely everything. The room, the cave pool, the staff, the food, everything was amazing. The breakfast is very good and included. This place is magical, ZENtik is the perfect name for this hotel ! The location is also very good, 15 min walk to the cenote Zaci and the center ( very safe to walk from the hotel ). Also, ive to repeat myself but the staff is amazing. This hotel is a gem and i recommend it 100% !

The staff was absolutely amazing: friendly, welcoming and helped us organize transfer from the airport and a trip to Ek Balam. The room was spacious enough, as was the bathroom. AC worked well. The beds were a little hard for our taste, but that's just a preference, not an issue. The room has a coffee maker, and there are waters dispensers at the reception to refill your bottle. I definitely recommend a stay at Kiin Wayeb, and I hope to return!
