The room was nice and cozy. The hotel has a private parking which was useful. The shower had hot water and a good pressure. Also Oxkutzab is a nice little town perfect to stay by the ruta puuc (which we enjoy a lot). We did a road trip and it was one of the nicest hotel we slept in for this price!

The wonderful hosts!! We couldn’t have had a more welcoming experience and felt more at home. The grounds weee peaceful and lovely, the rooms were clean, spacious and colourful. Elissio and his staff put their heart and soul into their establishment. Make sure you have a bite to eat and drink at the attached cafe/bar. We loved our stay! Muchas gracias!!

A place kept with love. Beautiful garden, Colourful buildings. Spacious rooms (we had two cabins). Nice pool, restaurant on site. Clean place, good matrasses, privacy. Parking on site. Bring ear plugs for nightly jungle sound.

Gently restored hacienda on a jungly property. We thoroughly enjoyed the several pools and the amazing cenote. We appreciated that lifejackets were provided for added safety. Family-friendly, expect countryside charm not manicured luxury. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were accommodating with dietary preferences. This was a special stay.

Disastrous welcome: with the hotel empty they gave me the room at 3:00 pm even though I arrived in the morning tired and exhausted. They were not kind but rather arrogant! What a shame!
