B&Bs in Turundeo

The Location! It was only a five minute drive from the bustling city of Ciudad Hidalgo. This place is so special:) As is typical in Mexican homes located in town...it doesn't look like a home from the front, but the gate opens and you are in Paradise! There was a huge yard with lovely mature avocados 🥑 and an 🍊 tree with lots of fruit. The room was huge! The king bed was very comfortable and the sheets were the SOFTEST most LUXURIOUS we have slept on in all of Mexico! (Note - the tag on the sheets said "Charisma" made by Costco.) They had it decorated so beautifully with Monarch 🦋 Butterflies on the walls and pottery. Even the outside tile work at the door was a huge Monarch 🦋 BUTTERFLY. The shower 🚿 was a cascading modern waterfall style with great pressure and nice hit water 💦. The sink was a modern vessel sink with lovely stainless fixtures and a glass triangle shelf. The TV was a nice size SMART TV and worked great with all the Apps for YouTube and Netflix installed and working. The WI Fi signal was a little slow but always worked. The staff were warm and so friendly. They made us feel like long list family. If we ever come to see the butterflies🦋 at El Rosario Butterfly sanctuary we will stay here. You won't be disappointed. And the price was extremely low for the location and what we got..at least 50 percent less than all others in the area.

Excellent reception and service for the cost.

It was so cute and comfortable. It had a perfect location and thr hist Javier was there for everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. The tv has netflix and amazon. It had a heater because at night It gets cold but with the blankets and heater it was perfect. It's also so close to the butterflies which is an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our host, Cristian was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay wasn't only pleasant but comfortable and fun. He offered to take us to "Los Azufres" which are the natural hot springs and also took us to the airport for a fair price. We highly recommend staying at Pura Vida Cuidad Hidalgo on your next trip!
