Breakfast was AMAZING! Compliments to the chef! We were excited to have breakfast. The tea verde was delicious. I even asked the staff where i could buy it. The Owner is french really nice Guy! Heads off to Pablo & Adriana/staff and chef. They are so friendly and welcoming. Service is amazing. The cleaning ladies gave us every single day 2 bottles of water. We slept like a baby. The bed is feels like a cloud. Parking space was close by 2min walk. Dont hesitate to book this hotel!

What a fabulous stay! We spent two nights at Mas Palomas Concept House. We were warmly greeted by staff, and shown our room. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning good, and a lovely little pool. The whole hotel only has four rooms so you are well looked after. You are able to get breakfast and dinner (if you want) and the sister hotel around the corner. There is a loading bay outside to drop bags, and a private carpark to keep your car in. The staff communicate by Whatsapp if they aren't at the desk, and you are able to come and go as if its your own house. The hotel has been done up really beautifully. Even when we found our shower drain was blocked, the staff fixed when we went out for a walk our first evening, and we didn't have any more problems after that. The team also recommend a fabulous restaurant in Merida, and we are so grateful for how lovely they were! You are also only a short walk from central Merida, but just outside which means its very quiet at night.

I liked everything about this property… so much charm, a real colonial-style palace; wonderful owners and staff… but with affordable prices and the ability to use the kitchen and “feel at home”. People meet around the coffee machine and share tips and life experiences. Beautiful patios and gardens and a swimming pool to refresh after a day of visits.

Everything is perfect, the rooms are magnificent and full of charm. The staff is wonderful, especially Alejandro, who gave us a very warm welcome, was extremely responsive, and so pleasant. The pool is superb and ideally located.
