There are 7 rooms in this hotel, with a common area for eating, common deck looking over the water, coffee always available. We booked 5 rooms for our sons’s wedding and it was perfect! It was very private, clean & the staff was exceptional! Breakfast became a favorite for us, various breads, jam, yogurt, fresh fruit, boiled egg, butter, meat & cheese. The little town was lovely and easy to navigate - all rooms had AC, dinner one night at the steakhouse was very good- we had wedding plans the rest of the time, or we would have gone every night.

The property was lovely, well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Helen was a considerate host, breakfasts were varied and more than sufficient. A home from home, clean comfortable and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more.A relaxed feeling from the start

I liked the village of Dirksland, it was very Dutch ,...

I liked the village of Dirksland, it was very Dutch , favourite spot was Het Broodje maar alleen Broodje was het zo genoemd. We ate in Broodje. Getting around Dirksland can be tricky if you don't watch where you're going. The car park was very good , it was in Neiuwstraat or part of it, parking was free. I saw the tulip fields too approaching Dirksland, avoid the Co -Op, it is too expensive, if it was cheaper then I wouldn't avoid it. The Hervoomde Kerk was quite nice.
