When I arrived in the evening, the reception was unmanned. I walked into the restaurant and was welcomed by the most polite chef (?), who checked me in. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast was amazing. I was the first one to take it, with no one else in the dining (breakfast) room. Very generous, great coffee (from a machine, but good). Would recommend.

The location was pretty nice. The spa is also very nice with saunas, jacuzzi, warm pool and a cold pool to dip in after the sauna. If you want a massage, please book it well in advance otherwise there won’t be available spots if you wait until your check in date to book a massage session.

sauna and fitness studio are amazing. The hotel is placed in a beautiful scenery, near the river. Everything is new and clean. The air is fresh. The town is quiet. There is no cars. I could spend there a month. The hotel is everything you need.

    Beautiful historic building in a convenient location close to Ommen, in the stunning Vechtdal. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My daughter (10) has coeliac and they did their utmost to accommodate us. My daughter was so happy, she often feels excluded.

    The personnel was exceptionally warm, nice and helpful. They placed an extra bed in advance at my request. Also the spa was good and free for hotel guests. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable.
