Great price, nice clean and tidy, quiet location been twice now. The staff/owners were absolutely fantastic as on 30th dec the eurotunnel suspended all crossings so had to divert too get the ferry thus making us really late for checking in but they allowed us to check in later once reception had shut by giving us a code to get into the premises front door and our room keys and relevant info were all in an envelope for us giving us a huge sigh of relief.new will definitely be back!

Very comfortable room, we stayed #1 with 2 single beds together. Room plenty big enough to relax. Bicycles stored in back shed. Large bathroom. Furniture very old which I loved. Was very warm temperature in room even with heaters off which was ok in September. Might be hot in summer with no air cond. Hot shower with good pressure. New bathroom. Loved the restaurant downstairs for quality food st reasonable prices for breakfast lunch and dinner. Would certainly recommend. Staff very friendly.

The interior design the look and feel of the whole hotel. It was like a time capsule. Capturing the essence of elegance, passion and hospitality.. The staff was attentive and service oriented. The breakfast, dinner was was great and all with attention to details and personal touch.

It's a nice, cosy hotel in the center of Ostburg, clean and modern with excellent and delicious breakfast.

Everyone was very kind. Really enjoy my staying. Just pay attention if you want book a massage, don’t wait to do it at check-in. There are just few spots.

The staff are very friendly and warm. The family room we stayed is quite large and clean. Seafood dinner is excellent. Their breakfast is by far the best I ever had in a hotel.

Very stylish, cosy and high quality hotel. Everything has been thought out to the last detail. Excellent breakfast. The hospitality is top notch. The hotel is located in the heart of the loveliest Sluis. We spent three lovely days with a bike ride to the sea, a visit to Bruges, and wandered around the shops and fish market of Sluis. The Easter breakfast was particularly marvellous.

We were traveling with young grandchildren for whom the outdoor and indoor playgrounds were perfect! We were there overnight and had four meals there (lunch, merienda, dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent, the portions were copious and the persons serving the meals were very friendly and very capable! As we were five, we stayed in a large room with two floors, two bedrooms and a fold-out bed. The accomodations were clean and comfortable. The view from our room was also marvelous.
