The hotel had everything, comfortable rooms, nice balconies, friendly staff, free sauna (+ access to the lake for cold plunges), bar/restaurant that serves meals throughout the day. Location was very good, as the area is pretty remote you are in a central place to walk around, explore and take pictures.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, Good morning, I am writing to formally report a serious and concerning incident that occurred today at the property we booked through your platform. While opening the shower door during normal use, the glass shower door suddenly detached from its hinge and fell, shattering on the bathroom floor. No unusual force was applied, and the door appeared to come loose on its own. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the situation was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in serious harm. We immediately informed the landlord of the incident. I am now reporting this to Booking.com as the issue appears to be related to a maintenance or safety failure, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of the condition of the property listed on your platform. Please let us know how you would like to proceed and if you require any additional information, photos, or details from us.
