This is a very nice hotel. The room was great, the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, generally I loved it. The cleaning lady with whom I had the chance to talk a bit during breakfast was super polite and kind. Breakfast was PERFECT! There were many different kinds of food and everything was tasty!

I can officially say that this hotel was probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. It’s comfortable, clean, has a gym, and offers free use of washing machines (especially handy if you’re returning home after a hike in the mountains). The breakfast is fantastic. The restaurant staff are very friendly. We checked in late in the evening; the restaurant was about to close, but they kindly allowed us to place an order. And they even offer a free sauna. This hotel is incredible.

Located in Bergen, 3.1 miles from Gamlehaugen, Vertshuset Konow provides accommodations with a fitness center, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area.

Bus stop for Bus #67 that took you to the city centre was 3-4 minutes walk away. The accomodations were as described on Booking.com. We did not make our main meals there but the kitchen was adequately equipped to handle that. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well - pressure was good and there was lots of hot water. Added bonus was a washing machine and drying rack. The floors are heated but we liked it cool so turned them down.
