The cabin itself is an artwork, and not to mention the fantastic view. Sverre is the best host you could imagine. And Sverre’s dog Eddie is so friendly and fun! You will like him if you are a dog person.

The bedrooms were nice with very comfortable beds and black out curtains, nice TV and storing space. The bathrooms and kitchen looked a bit old (even though the appliances were mostly new) but that didn't affect our experience as guests at all. Overall, great value for money.

The actual apartment is newly renovated and very clean. We were very comfortable and each had our own room and bed which led to excellent sleep before a long hike. The location as it relates to Troll Tunga was also ideal. The staff at the hotel were very helpful to us and we were able to arrive very late which met our travel needs.

    Best accommodation during our stay in Norway. The apartment is spacious n tastefully decorated n clean. Everything you need is available inside the apartment. The fjord view from the living n dining rooms is absolutely mesmerizing. There’re private benches facing the fjord right in front of the apartment. Our favorite furniture in the apartment is the lazy chair 😄 thanks to the kind hosts who have designed the apartment with the needs of a traveler’s needs in mind. Good job!

    Excellent accommodation. Excellent equipment of the apartment, everything we needed was here. The location of the apartment was excellent, right by the fjord, beautiful view, only a small detail spoiled the excellent location and that was the storage hall near the accommodation, but it was quiet here

    In one word, everything. The apartment was well furnished, perfectly located for discovering the different parts of Hardangerfjord, and Kjellrun was extremely responsive and supportive. The crowning selling point, however, must be the view: even on rainy days, we just couldn't get enough of it, and the apartment has beautiful windows to admire the scenery and watch the day go by. I promise you, it will be hard to get out of those comfortable lazy chairs by the window.
