It's a very beautiful location in the nature. The rooms were simple but had an electric heating which was super handy for the one cold in August night we spent there.

This hotel is next to Rosfjord, 1.2 mi from central Lyngdal. It offers free Wi-Fi and free access to the sauna, hot tub and pools at Sørlandsbadet.

The beach and ocean view is fabulous! Very clean room. Restaurant was delightful too.

The Location is awesome, pure nature everywhere around the cabin with a river Mandal just 30m away. The Cabin had everything you could ask for and the Host was really friendly and helpful, all around a great experience!!

Amazing Hotel. Beautiful interiors, great staff and the restaurant has probably one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever eaten!

This hostel is actually a student residence, which rooms are rented out to tourists in the summer. I had a large double room with plenty of space, which was nice. The bathroom was also larger than expected, but the shower was quite tight for some reason. Free parking was a nice perk. The hostel is in a quiet area. I noticed that it's wheelchair-friendly: ramp outside, elevator, and staircase lift for an intermediate floor. Downtown Mandal isn't very big so it's easy to walk anywhere, and they have maps (and good advice) at the front desk.

With natural serenity and breathtaking views, centrally located between Kristiansand and Stavanger and within easy reach of South Norway's most attractive sceneries, is Utsikten Hotel Kvinesdal.
