Wonderful experience! My first time ever staying in a guest house (usually I stay in hotels or apartments) and I cannot recommend enough this place. Bikram the owner cares so much about everyone's well being. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The community is super nice and there are free yoga classes and breathwork sessions. Feels like home :)

The owner and his family were lovely. Extremely kind, hospitable, and very attentive. They made me feel more than welcome! The room was extremely comfy, and it was the most comfortable bed I had in all of Nepal. The view from my room was epic also. Was so lovely to wake up to the entire Annapurna mountain range. Was very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Lakeside road. Breakfast was perfect, with fresh fruit straight from the garden each day. Was was reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff are very attentive and easy to communicate with, We couldn’t stay in the room booked as the mattress was a little too hard for us, they did try to make it a little more comfortable for us but we upgraded to a softer mattress. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, there’s fly-screens on the windows so you can open the windows and let the cool breeze in at night. Not a far walk from the lake and there’s lots of restaurants near by. Wifi works well. The bus we took from Kathmandu basically dropped us at the end of the street.

Excellent Location, Great Value for Money, Spacious Rooms, Warm Showers and above all else warm and welcoming hosts. We stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we returned was like coming home. We have been travelling in Asia for almost a full year and have never stayed in a place with this level of customer service. The family that runs this Guesthouse genuinely cares for their clientele. We arrived in Pokhara quite ill and they made it their mission to allow us to recover and improve while we stayed at their guesthouse, checking on our wellbeing regularly and providing a room upgrade, simple foods to help stomach pains and regular offers of hot drinks without even being asked. Wonderful people and a wonderful stay.

    We were so happy at Mangal homestay. I liked the place, it was peaceful and clean it also met my expectations. I was looking for a private kitchen and they did provide the facility which made me love this place more. The staffs are friendly and helpful too.
