Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on it. The situation/area was great. I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness.

Quiet, peaceful, lovely grounds, and only 8 minutes to Ashburton. Only 30 minutes to Mt. Somer hiking. House and rooms have all been recently renovated and are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Rebecca and Jemma were lovely hosts. Highly recommend over staying in Ashburton given all of the above.
