The room and en-suite are large and appointed with quality furnishings. King size bed, refrigerator, drying rack, front patio with table and chairs. The shower is easily adjusted for height with excellent pressure and ample hot water. It’s located across from the beach and boardwalk. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Hosts live above and are easily accessible yet unobtrusive. Very comfortable.

Perfect localisation, so close to the marine parade, the city center and the ocean! A stylish and extremely clean place with everything we needed, even small chocolate welcome gift. Our own separate bathroom. Breakfasts- quite basic ones. Lovely built-up terrace, with a wonderful view while eating breakfast or sitting with a cup of coffee. Sooo relaxing sound of the ocean waves! Very helpful and always smiling host! We really appreciate that hosts are taking care of cleaning the dishes, meaning everything is kept clean. One of our best stays here in NZ!

Our spacious room was on the ground floor with an outside sitting area overlooking an expanse of grass and water. The bed was comfortable and large, The room was well equipped with cutlery, crockery & a microwave. The bathroom & shower were spacious. The room was very quiet as it is surrounded by open grounds. It is between the airport and the main tourist area so you definitely need a car. We returned for a second night at the end of our visit to the Napier region as we had been so satisfied with the room and the tranquility.
