What a hidden gem! This motel is super clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location close to the river. The small kitchen is well equipped and we loved the small treats left for us. Only 30 mins to Ohope Beach and even less to the Rotorua lakes. Highly recommend.

Great attention to detail- lots of plugs available- very clean & comfortable- loved the back patio & the one under cover too- Judy & Graham were great to visit with- breakfast was great too-

Lovely location, great views of the countryside and the small lake. A beautiful home and spacious accommodation. Best part was meeting Viv, a very friendly and engaging hostess. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!
