Clean, Comfortable studio with outstanding views

Uniquely located at a quiet bay. The studio was complete and comfortable.

Stunning view, peaceful setting. Large apartment perfect for families, kitchen fully setup for cooking. Easy to locate, easy to access via lockbox. Prompt responses from owners to questions. Thank you very much and we will be back.

Amazing location and views provided a great base for exploring all of the Catlins. A reasonable price for this type of motel accommodation in the area. Well set up for self catering with electric frypan, microwave and hot plate. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean and well presented.

The studio was clean, tidy and had a modern decor. It was ideal for 2 people. The views across the harbour were lovely. It’s a 5 min drive to Curio Bay. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area - 20 mins to the closest town so be sure to fill fuel and stock up on essentials before you arrive. We weren’t able to connect to the WIFI but had full 4G signal on One NZ network. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.

The upstairs view is beautiful. The apartment is clean, spacious, warm and beautifully presented.

Had a wonderfull couple of days in the cosy well appointed apartment, weather out was cold and blustery but the Yunka and heat pump kept us toasty and warm. Outlook was lovely had a couple of native wood pigeons in the trees the first afternoon.

We only stayed one night, arrived in the evening and left early in the morning. But we walked around outside a bit. The property is next to an inlet which looked beautiful. There were few houses around and it felt a bit remote which we liked. At the same time it is only a 10 minute drive from Curio Bay, and 30 mins from the cathedral Caves. It was a spacious one room studio with a good bed, table to eat at,, small kitchen area The shower was good in a small but nice bathroom. There was also a microwave.
