1. Next to the water, I booked the room with water view, it’s big and nice view 2. Wifi works and plenty of parking. Pool is nice to cool off and there is a sauna 3. The BBQ restaurant next to the hotel is good and reasonable

Nice small hotel perfectly located with friendly and helpful staff. I had a quiet room and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful in directions around town, and how to get to Wadis Shab and Tiwi. Easy to walk to the beach and right by the souk, and lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast for a small additional charge. Really good value all round.

The most beautiful view from the window I've had in Oman. The best Omani coffee served right at the reception. That's how the level of hospitality should be ❤️. The owner is an extremely devout & a pure Gentleman. The staff is pleasant, attentive, cool and responsive. They accepted our request for a complimentary room upgrade and giving me the amazing panoramic lake view!! It has good parking space and next to it has a nice restaurant with an amazing view. In short, if you visit Sur, then this is the hotel you should book for!
