The staff are very kind and cooperative. The apartament lacked some basic utilities for kitchen. The rooms were nice. Overall contained mostly what we expected.

Great location, friendly staff

We had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast experience was a highlight of our mornings; the entire team was attentive, but Mouhammed and Agnes stood out with their warmth and genuine hospitality, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. Room service was excellent as well, and we want to especially thank Abbas for his helpfulness and assistance throughout our stay. The concierge service also went above and beyond. The Concierge Manager Assistant and Miss Abeer not only helped us with recommendations and city arrangements but also assisted us with resolving a parking fine, something we deeply appreciated, as it shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort beyond the hotel itself. Many thanks.

The location is good for work and convenient to the market.

Very nice, and well known Hotel.

Better than expected: Hot exterior swimming pool, luxury rooms, restaurants and pubs within the venue, free parking and very helpful staff. The best hotel (and one of the cheapest!) in our Oman tour. The size of the room was so massive that I had to check twice that it was not a mistake because the quality-price relation is superb!

We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect – very close to Mutrah Souq, the Corniche, the fish market (just 10 minutes by car), historic forts, and Al Alam Palace. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Hood, Mr. Sadiq, and the lady receptionist at the counter for their wonderful manners and care. They even reluctantly accepted payment for my little daughter’s drinks at the café (she’s just 3!) only after my insistence – such thoughtful and generous service! ❤️ The place is spotless, beautifully organized, and every detail shows real care. The value for money is excellent – we truly felt it was worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back!

This place is a traveller’s dream!A sleepy hideaway adjacent to Muscat’s imposing Mutrah fort, the setting is astounding and perfectly positioned yet also tranquil, with sea views of the world-famous Muscat port. The property is a beautifully restored historic house decorated in stylish bohemian details all-round.The rooms are spacious with stunning hand-crafted interiors that ooze thought and sophistication.Think colourful patterned tiles, Mirhab mirrors, artfully shaped ceramics,stained-glass windows, opulently decorated wooden furniture and sumptuous linens. The hotel’s restaurant is also a standout, with unusual dishes that you won’t forget.A must-stay that perfectly captures the laidback tropical essence of Oman.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal—convenient, well-connected, and close to key parts of the city—making it easy to explore Muscat. The service was warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful, from check-in to departure. The rooms and common areas were spotless, reflecting excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort. Every detail, from hospitality to ambience, came together seamlessly, making the stay truly relaxing and memorable. The welcome cookies were amazing. Plus the staff gave us a few when we checked out at 2 am.
