I’ve visited multiple hotels around the world, I can say by far that W Muscat is unique. The hospitality from the great staff, the facilities, the swimming pool, the view to the beach, the restaurants, literally everything was perfect. All of the staff, especially the local Omani staff were amazing and made my stay even better. I really would like to thank the management and the staff for making my stay such a great one!

We arrived in Muscat early in the morning by plane, and this was our first accommodation in the city. The location is excellent—if you would like to explore Muttrah, this place is perfect. Because we miscalculated the booking dates and the room was only available from 2 p.m., the staff kindly allowed us to use the rooftop terrace, where we could rest and also leave our luggage. The receptionist (unfortunately, I forgot her name) was incredibly kind and helpful and did everything she could to help us get the room earlier so we could rest. There was a small misunderstanding regarding parking, as it was not possible to park directly in front of the accommodation, but they helped us with that as well. Parking has to be paid separately at the property—this was the only thing that was not clear at the beginning. The room was fully equipped with high-quality amenities, quiet, small, and cozy. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The instant coffee was actually one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel—I hope it’s possible to buy it somewhere 😄 (I couldn’t find it in Oman, even though I looked for it throughout our trip 😄). I highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in this part of Muscat.
