We had an amazing stay at Casa de Roy! Our host Domitile was so kind and welcoming, when we arrived she offered us a complimentary cup of tea before giving us a free upgrade to a room with a private bathroom. The room had super wide windows so at night we slept with the curtains open looking at the beautiful night sky. There was no electricity in the room which helped us disconnect and enjoy our surroundings, however you were still able to charge phones in the communal dining area. We were able to meet their lovely alpaca named Oso who we were able to take pictures with as well as their lovely dogs and cat. The food was fantastic with extremely generous portions. Dinner costed 25 soles for soup, main, tea and even a dessert and breakfast was 15 soles for pancakes, avocado and omelette so we had plenty to eat. They were very flexible with breakfast times so helped us to get an early start to our hike and they were just generally so lovely, welcoming and kind, I could not recommend this place enough. ❤️💖

Everybody was extremely welcoming and accomodating, I was even given a room upgrade. The room had amazing views on the mountains, and everybody was extremely helpful with sightseeing suggestions as well as food recommendations. The location is great as it offers views across the roofs of Cabanaconde all the way to thenother side of Colca Canyon.

Pachamama is an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Cabanaconde! The property is super clean, and everything is very well organized. The staff are incredibly helpful and provide all the information you need to explore the Colca Canyon, making your visit hassle-free. The on-site restaurant is a bonus—don’t miss their delicious pizza, which is perfect before or after a day of hiking. Overall, it’s the perfect spot to relax and plan your adventures in the area.

Our stay at Cielo Lodge exceeded our expectations! Ronaldo and Natalie are so kind and hospitable, we can't recommend them enough :) All of the meals were delicious, and 2-3 courses. Ronaldo welcomed us with a welcome drink too, which hit the spot after a long day of hiking. Facilities were very clean, and they have a nice pool and lounge area and good wifi. Highly recommend for a stay in the oasis when hiking the Colca Canyon!

The location was perfect, the host was very helpful and a very lovely and honest person. The hot springs were so relaxing, hot shower 24/7 and the dinner was excellent. Great value for money.
