Beautiful hostel, comfortable rooms, hot shower and lovely breakfast on the terrace in the morning. The owner Manfred was a great host on all accounts - he has a tonne of information on the hikes, local area. He also does short tours out to the condor viewing point which was incredible. We left our large bags there while we did the hike and were able to shower on return before getting the bus back to Arequipa. Great hostel, highly recommend!

That's nice comfortable place to stay, especially for hikings aroung village - this hotel is very close to the beginning of hike downhill to the Oasis. Also you could have dinner there, so no need to look aroung in the village. A room is quite spacious

Great place, it felt like a little paradise in the middle of nowhere. After the day of hiking it was quite easy to find with roadmarks everywhere along the last part of the way. We got greeted with a warm welcome and the dinner was extremely delicious! 25 soles for three courses of fresh delicious food. Our host was super helpful, even though our Spanish is rather bad, she took the effort to communicate with us. In the night there's a lot of stars because it is really remote and out of any of the touristic villages, and the view in the morning is breathtaking! Highly recommend!

One of the best places we stayed in our 8 weeks travel adventure so far. It is basic however it does all the basics very well ( cute little cabins - comfortable beds, hot clean showers and in our cabin we even had Wifi signal). Staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful and we cannot speak Spanish. The place is just tranquil and beautiful and the sound of the river and the hot springs are just what you need after a long hike. The dinner was delicious- we had the Lomo Saltado.

Absolutely loved our stay after hiking down the Canyon. Laying by the pool on a hot day was amazing & was even greeted by a little puppy!! The staff were so beautiful and accommodating, the food was great, great value. Beds were super comfortable, we loved it. I already want to go back!!
