The staff was super friendly! A special thx to Mauricio who showed me how to cut and eat some of the local fruits.

The common faciltitiea and the backyard are just amazing, especially if you have a day off in Arequipa and want to just relax. It has a great vibe, the staff is nice, there are sunbeds availableamd you can have have drinks/food at the bar. Out of all the hotels we staid in Peru - this one we enjoyed the most. It is also a mix of a hostel and hotel vibe, which I very much appreciate as it allows you to meet other people

I liked the property, very nice and clean and staff were very helpful. The only thing that I did not like much was that the doors were closed very early but its understandable due to where the Hotel is situated.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I like the location because it wasn’t right in the middle and too busy or loud, nice included breakfast and very comfortable and clean room. Great value for money.

Very good and comfortable place to stay. The staff is so friendly, competent and do everything to help you. The Roof bar offers delicious meal during the day. Recommend!

Great location, right in the center and walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. The room we had was just right. It was not very big, but it was spacious enough. It was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. Overall we had a great stay.

Convenient location next to the old town but in a modern and comfortable setting and a private garden. This design hotel is very unique and not what you'd expect in a historic city like Arequipa. Excellent à la carte breakfast served in the stylish restaurant or outside in the garden. Helpful and attentive staff. Comfortable bed and bathroom with modern amenities including rainshower.

Absolutely loved this place! Very central and beautifully decorated. There were a lot of little corners, couches and chairs to relax or work, on every floor of the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've ever seen, with lots of fruits, warm options, oatmeal/granola, fresh juices, yoghurt (lactose-free options too), bread, and the best cake ever. The staff was very quick to replenish the buffet until 10 am. A very good option if you need some options that are lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian or low carb. With different options every day so we were happy to enjoy a good buffet 4 times! The staff was super nice. We used the spa once and loved it. It's private and beautiful. The water from the swimming pool was quite cold so I spent most of the time switching between the sauna, a good cold shower, and the jacuzzi. There was a eucalypt smell that made the whole experience awesome. Next time I go to Arequipa, I would absolutely stay here again.

Cannot recommend more this place. It was absolutely fantastic - the staff were extremely helpful and kind, the space is absolutely lovely with an open courtyard and a rooftop where we could hang out and where breakfast was served (amazing breakfast btw!), super clean and really really quiet. It was also super central so we really could not have asked anything better!

Nice, comfortable rooms, relatively quiet, friendly personnel, booked a tour to Colca canyon which was great.

Location for early airport departure. Great rooms - big , clean and very comfortable. Good restaurant food choice both at night and for breakfast

Hot water in the shower. The accommodation was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, always accommodating our needs. We even had a small breakfast prepared for us at 3 a.m. when we left for a day trip. We definitely recommend it!

Great breakfast, good and safe parking for you’re car and the location can’t be much better, right where you want to be if you want to explore the city or do a trip to Colca canyon. We where doing a 2 day trip to the Colca canyon and the hotel let us park our car in the parking lot meanwhile

Great rooms and beautiful courtyard. Location was ideal being close to the main square but still quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and kind.

Location is excellent, opposite San Catalina Monastery. The old building has a lot of charm. It has a beautiful courtyard. Staff was kind, smiling and helpful. Alexandra in particular was exceptional. My room on the fifth floor has an amazing view on the Misti volcano.

Amazing huge rooms, super comfortable beds, well above its 3 star rating! The hotel is in a perfect location and the host is incredible warm welcoming and gave us a hug and a lovely llama keyring on our departure! Also did a great early breakfast for us before Colca Canyon! Our Spanish was limited but this did not stop the host giving us the most warm experience and trying her absolute best to communicate with us. Don’t need to stay anywhere else in Chivay.
