Wonderful stay , super spacious rooms with great big comfy beds . big modern bathroom with lots of nice toiletries . Breakfast was the best we had on our 2 week Peru trip , so much variety. There is a sauna and steam room that can be used free of charge for 45 minutes, just need to book it. The pool area was great to relax and soak up some sun rays . You also get a welcome drink at the bar , a delicious pisco sour ! Now the best thing about this hotel and the reason why I would go back in a heartbeat is the FANTASTIC staff!!! They are smiley , friendly, polite and always ready to help . Every single one of them Is attentive without being too much . I can’t sing their praises enough , they really have looked after us like royalty

Nicely decorated, the bed was really comfy, the room was clean and the bathroom was modern, drinks in the fridge were a bonus , the view from the balcony was so nice

Staying at Hotel Benavides was a truly positive experience. The hotel looks exactly as shown in the photos, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is great, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the city center. But what really stands out is the staff: every single person I interacted with, from the moment I made the booking to the moment I checked out, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

We got a very good deal by booking early. Staff was very helpful, as we had to revise our booking to leave one day earlier. Good location (not very central, but in a very nice area and within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas). Comfortable beds. Nicely renovated historic building. Nice rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, we missed the chance to eat downstairs at the renowned restaurant Arthur, as it was not advertised as “Michelin level” and we figured it out too late, but would recommend to anyone who is a gourmet (based on the internet reviews), especially as it doesn’t require reservations.

Great location - walkable distance to the oldtown, plaza etc. Breakfast really good: eggs, ham and cheese, jam, bread, yogurt, fresh juice, coffee. And great view during the breakfast from the top floor terrace. They have small parking in front yard (not the easiest way to park in from very busy street, but you need to get used to driving in Peru). Staff ir very welcoming. Rooms clean and nice.

First of all, the staff were absolute professionals in the best meaning of the word. Otherwise clean, nice, small, cozy hotel right in the centre of the city.

Hotel is in the perfect location, earlier check in than most hotels and breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful and everything was super clean.

Amazing Pool and really good food!

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for exploring the area. The room was recently renovated, comfortable, and featured a large TV. I also appreciated that breakfast started early in the morning, which was very helpful before heading out for our hike. As a lovely gesture, we were given a small alpaca keychain when we checked out, which was a nice souvenir from our stay.

Staff were really lovely . Friendly and accommodation . No problem changing our room when we found it too noisy .
