This is one if the best resort experiences that we've ever had. The staff was professional and friendly, the room was clean and cosy, the beach was amazing and we really liked the restaurant. If you want a quiet, private experience without crowds and noise, Casa Amihan is your best choice! I wish we stayed a few days longer.

This has been the most genuinely surprising, relaxing, amazing, gorgeous place we have ever stayed at. There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this place and how it just makes you feel. Everything is just so well thought of and we'll maintained. The staff is so amazing and considerate, Michael the bar tender is an awesome person, they're all just really really great!! Ralph and Jilo are the most honest, kindest, funniest and entertaining hosts we've met during our travels, we loved them and everyone so much we extended another 2 days and wish we could just extend indefinitely lol. This is definitely our go to destination from now on every year we come to Bohol, it literally checked every check box we had as travelers. if you come to Anda and do not stay here, you're missing out on a very wonderful and truly outstanding (in every sense of the word) experience.

Everything was perfect! The owners were very kind and hospitable. 🥰 They made us coffee in the morning ☕️ and gave us some bread and eggs for breakfast 🍞🥚. The house is located near the beach (5 minute walk). ⛱️ There is also a cute cottage next to it, where we spent our mornings drinking coffee. 🥰 The owners also have a restaurant/bar, which is perfect for evening drinks/dinner. 🍽 If I ever return to Anda, I will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Great location. Lovely owners. Enjoyed have a kettle in my room. The tinted windows and black out curtains were a good. Bed comfortable with different pillows too choose from. Peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful stay! The place is tucked in a peaceful and calm area, you can hear some crickets at night and you have a good view of the backyard while having coffee in the morning - which the hosts offer with a fee if your room rate doesn’t include it. My partner is a virtual assistant and WiFi is one of the most important things we consider when traveling and this place did not disappoint. He was able to work at night at around 200mbps or more. The hosts, Bastien and Rose were so friendly and warm. They greet tou every morning with a smile. They were kind enough to give us tourist spot recommendations and they also have a booklet available to look at. Room is well kept and AC is good. They provide towels and the soap is homemade - smells so good.

    If you’re looking for a peaceful get away Anda is the place to go in Bohol/Panglao. Away from the chaos of Alona. Beautiful quiet beaches with amazing coral. Option to swim with giant sea turtles (boat tour). There is also an all day tour that is interesting and includes an island visit to bat caves and cave pools. Definitely for those seeking a taste of quite paradise.

    Anda is still unspoilt by tourism.

    Anda is still unspoilt by tourism. There are no kiosks selling cuddly toys or kiss me quick hats and to be honest, if that is what you expect from a holiday you should head to one of the popular destinations in the Mediterranean. If you want to see real life in the Philippines then Anda is probably one of the last remaining destinations. The signs of change are starting but it's still there now if you are quick.

    TLDR: If you have food allergies, your food choices will be severely limited. Beach cleanliness needs work. Other points of interest will have trash laden everywhere as well. Vegans will have a tough time in this area since access to this type of food is limited. Your main dish would likely be vegetarian pancit bihon/pancit canton. Vegetarians will fair better. The beach sand and view of the ocean is very nice, but trash is laden everywhere on the beach and needs more effort by the locals to keep the place clean. The trash mainly comes from the ocean where debris will wash ashore, but there are places where trash is left by local inhabitants. There are also no public restrooms on this beach or public trash cans maintained by the local government. Expect to carry your trash with you, if you are the environmentally conscious-type. You will also find significant ocean life on the beaches, so be very careful not to contaminate the environment with human-made products. Other points of interest will have trash scattered everywhere, but this is common in the Philippines. However, you will find less here than the average.

    If the goal is mainly to relax , Casa Amihan is an excellent choice, with wonderful staff, always willing to accommodate your requests. It is quite in the middle of nowhere (2hrs drive from the airport) but it is still possible to organize some activities if you don't mind spending some time on commuting (we went swimming with the shark whales in Lila area). I'll definitely recommend this place!

    The view at the hotel was amazing. We had a seaview upstairs room and the view across the pool and out to sea was beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice and a great temperature. The room was spacious, clean and the air con was very cold. The shower was strong with good temperature and the bathroom essentials were also good. Fresh bedding and plenty of towels were available and room keeping was good. The fridge was good. We were able to snorkel using equipment provided and saw lots of fish just off the private beach which was also nice.

    We had a wonderful week here. The house is big and had a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable, good aircon. The shower was the best in the Philippines so far. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. We wanted a kitchen but hardly used it as they have a little resto bar on site and the food was gorgeous, we had their prawns nearly every day. The location is perfect for Anda beach and Talisay beach is only a 5min walk away. Would definitely recommend.

    It was so central, very close to town, very close to beautiful beach, very close to cave swimming , all the guests we spoke to were really happy. It was a very relaxed place. We would stay again, and we will when we visit Anda again. We didn't do the diving part, but it looks like a great setup. Experienced instructor. I will give it ago when I get enough nerve up. I definitely recommend staying for the location alone. The beach is absolutely beautiful

    Fabulous resort. Super helpful lovely staff. Special thanks to Daphne for helping me with transport and all my queries. Set right on a beautiful stretch of powder white sandy beach great to walk along especially when the tide was out. Great breakfasts and dinners. Immaculate rooms and grounds. A short ride into Anda town which the resort can arrange or hire a motorbike.
