The service and staff were ON POINT! Best customer service I’ve had by far. They approach you, you don’t have to call them. They refill your water without you asking them. This shows they’re attentive and eyes are on their guests. They’re very friendly and accommodating. The food is surprisingly good, too! I usually don’t expect hotel food to be good but they had a good selection with strong flavors.

diving instructors are great people. reef in front of the resort is just amazing ! staff is really nice and helpful we liked the bamboo bedrooms resort is very clean. common showers and toilets are very clean too. you are directly on the beach which is great for enjoying sunset, sunrise and having breakfast/dinner

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and just a short ride away from the boulevard and other popular attractions in Dumaguete. Great location 👌 clean and the lady who arranged was awesome. Make sure to let them know if you have a vehicle. I made that mistake and had no parking. Called the booking agent or realtor and she took care of it. Awesome service. Will book everything I am here.
