The location is excellent, besides the good food, gorgeous beach and kind staff, Nikki and Rito were the best host, they play Colombian music as Colombian, we feel like home in Thai piece of heaven. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Anahaw Seaside so much, unfortunatelly we only stayed two nights. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious (you can choose between different options). The room was very clean and we had a perfect view to the seaside. The hotel rents scooter for 300 pesos, what we recommend to discover the island (Mangrove and Butterfly Garden, the market in Bantayan and the Sandira Beach are worth visiting, Kota beach is a bit growded). We can definitely recommend this place to stay in Santa Fe.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great AC and finally a hot shower with decent pressure (best shower we’ve had in Asia and we’ve been here months!!!). Free water refills & coffee, also breakfast which is lovely! The staff were so kind when our ferry was cancelled due to weather so we arrived a day later than planned and changed our reservation for us with no hassle or extra cost - we were most grateful. We rented a scooter from the hotel for a reasonable price which was great to explore Santa Fe. We absolutely loved our stay here.

No cockroaches, no spiders, big room with AC, clean and in good technical condition. Very high standard hotel for philippines compared to the others. Good Value. Plus you have shared kitchen where you can cook. Free drinking water. Perfect!

Loved Chelliee Rose Resort and tripping to Virgin Island. Lone lovely bars and restaurants along the foreshore of Santa Fe. Basically the only mode of transport is the trycicle and they can be difficult if you are large and tall

Strongly advise to fly Cebu- Bantayan 975p ea each way, as it takes a 3hr harrowing drive from Cebu, then a ?40min wait for the 90min ferry ride. It's easy to walk around the Koto beach area. Koto beach club best venue for eats drinks views. There's a great bakery, markets, you can lovely new hats with big brims, a gold ring for $2.50 that looks like the real thing. Good Fresh fruit had to come by too. Pineapple is at Australian prices. Food is NOT great, big scarcity veggies on any menus anywhere in the Philippines. Massage places are few and not cheap...

Bantayan some is really a good escape especially coming from a big city. Bantayan island is a place where you can just “Be” and be present. Life in the island is simple yet very satisfying. I was filled mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Beatiful, green island. Paradise for seafood fans. Fresh, delicious and decent price, sometimes even cheap. If you more into nature than towns and pubs do not miss: Mangrove Park, Nature Park, Lalio's cave, Colina Isla de Bantayan:) Santa Fe - more for food and drinks at night :)

Considering that Bantayan Island is really far away from the...

Considering that Bantayan Island is really far away from the other main attractions in Cebu like Oslob, Kawasan Falls and Moalboal, we were hoping that the island would show us a side of Cebu that we have not seen elsewhere. However, we felt that despite its beauty, we had the same experience at other places such as Sumilon Island for its white sandy beaches and snorkelling. Would still recommend if you're just looking for a place to relax and get away from civilization. Sarapoi at MJ Square serves up nice seafood at very reasonable prices, highly recommended!

Bantayan is our favorite part of Cebu and the Philippines...

Bantayan is our favorite part of Cebu and the Philippines it's so beautiful and chilled out. It's way better than the popular spots like Boracay and Siargao. The food on the island is amazing with an abundance of seafood and there are some great restaurants like Cou cou and beach bars like Kota Beach resort bar. Island hopping to the Lagoon and Virgin Island are top notch. Will be visiting again soon.
