Everything in the room was perfect! We also had access to the common chilling area, which contains a full kitchen that we could use. We extended our stay by 3 more nights in the same room. Much love to Erwen, who was very friendly and accomodating, and made sure we were very comfortable for the duration of our stay.

I had an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend staying here, Tim is so friendly and makes you feel at home right away. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy and the bed was comfy, also nice that it's a bit further out of the general road which makes it perfectly quiet at night so you can get a good night of sleep. They provide motorbikes for a decent price and are happy to help you with any questions. Go visit this place while staying in Siargaol, you won't have regrets! Another benefit is that you will get discount in their surfshop!

    I arrived in Siargao by flight from Manila, from the airport to the accommodation I took a van for 40 minutes to the accommodation together with other tourists. We rented a scooter and went all over the island and the landscapes are beautiful. Places we liked: - Island Coconut Trees View Deck, Magpopongko Rock Pools and Flats, Maasin Bridge River Swing and Cloud 9 area - Siargao Island Hopping (Naked Island, Daku Island, and Guyam Island) Restaurants we liked: - Las Barricas Siargao - CEV - Big Belly

    It was Dope!!!!💯❗️❤️❤️❤️. The Ocean view.. the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful view was on point. The open Kitchen excellent. The caretakers were very friendly and polite and very helpful. Stay jumpstarted our month long tour. It set a beautiful precedent that was set and upped our expectations for El Nido. The stay was so good that we are now going to see about purchasing property there. The owner was very gracious about letting us use the Villa which is what I wanted. I have nothing but respect and positive feedback for our Stay. We will be looking forward to going there again.

    Crazy crowded unfortunately.

    Crazy crowded unfortunately. I have been knowing General Luna for more than 12 years and this place unfortunately is getting less and less attractive to me. It has become like a party place and probably it is attractive to those party people.

    General Luna or Reef Beach Hotel is a Fleabag, literally.

    General Luna or Reef Beach Hotel is a Fleabag, literally. We were bitten by fleas in the bed and unfortunately we only realized the source on the 3rd day. This wasn’t even the room they were supposed to reserve for us after we paid half, 6 months in advance, they informed us Sorry, we didn’t keep your room“. They took responsibility for the fleas and moved us to another room. They did NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO REFUND US OUR MONEY, not even for the 3 nights, even though we were itching and scratching for another week. They offered to pay our medical expenses. Believe me, I would rather pay full price and no fleas. DON’T GO THERE, ITS NOT WORTH IT. _________ And this is before telling you about 3 parties into the night with music blasting (out of the 6 nights we booked there). The cockroaches in the rooms and reception. The smell of the room, but they did give us air freshener

    The General Luna is a City place of resorts & hotel along the ocean. There are lots of eateries or restaurants, souvenirs store along the resorts/hotel you can choose. I think it is a safe place to go vacation & travel to this Siargao Islands & stay in Gen. Luna.

    This is probably what Boracay was 25 years ago.

    This is probably what Boracay was 25 years ago. It's got a great laid-back feel to it with hardly any touts and the restaurants are quite rustic but fit in really well and you have a lot to choose from. The main activity here is surfing but there is a diving option, but the sites aren't up to much.

    The location was very good next to a lovely beach with a great setting with palm trees and white sands. There were good cooking facilities in a shared outside kitchen. Repairs had been done following the Typhoon. I rented a motorbike through the hotel and also Island hopping boat trip both very good value for money. General Luna not far away about 5km for cafes bars restaurants and shopping

    Everything about this property was spot on! JP, the housekeeper, is a credit to the business- helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay as perfect as possible.Location was perfect too- cllose enough to all the bars, restaurants and all that General Luna has to offer without it being right in the midst of it all!

    Fantastic hotel in the main tourist area of General Luna. All facilities were excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating. A great variety of options for breakfast buffet and onsite restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices. The hotel also has the option for spa/ massage services which were also excellent.

    The location is excellent. So close to all restaurants, markets, stores and entertainment in General Luna! Ronaldo’s restaurant was our staple as they always served excellent traditional Filipino food with care and attention.
