Of all the hotels I’ve checked in here at Cagayan de Oro, this is by far the best hotel! It is very clean & crisp, state of the art facilities, good hearty buffet breakfast, conveniently located at the heart of the city and best customer service! I’d like to also commend sir Joven, one of their staff, for making us feel at home right then and there, and for the warmth welcome, making my stay truly memorable and comfortable. I like how the hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is reasonable. I got a room that's good for 3 pax. The room is clean, simple, not so spacious but the space is good enough for us. The bed and the pillows are soft. We had a comfortable stay. The comfort room is clean and spacious. They provided us with coffee, water, tissue paper and room slippers. I like the ambience of the room. The staff is very accommodating. How we wish we could stay longer. I forgot to take photos of the bed and the whole room but it's very comfortable. :D
