In the middle of the city, malls, supermarket 24 hours , pharmacy and a-lot of restaurants just around the hotel. Very kind staff, free shuttle from and to the airport. They prepare for us a specific food for breakfast and accept our culture. Very clean and cute hotel. Close to the airport 15 min - 25 min with traffic

we stayed for one night on a layover and it was super comfortable and clean! the woman at the front desk was lovely and they text us before we arrived to check our arrival time to have everything ready. it was very quiet and we had a lovely night sleep.

Beautiful gardens and pools. Comfortable for my senior parents we were with. Food was exceptional and the staff too. However, I lost a tiny semi-precious stone bracelet in my room. Not an expensive item but still it was disappointing to lose something inside the room. Room was very clean and fresh. Ideal place to wind down with family. It can be busy during weekends with events and day use clients.

    There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice time at the beach. Mactan is not one of them. I went for the IronMan and would never go for vacation there. Very poor availability of night life, sea and beach are mediocre.

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi...

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi from the airport to the accommodation for about A$15. We had a room with a view to the sea, but could also see the housing of the locals, which contrasted to the fancy hotels - so sad to see the living conditions of locals. The area where we stayed was rather quiet and was safe for walking without too much traffic.

    Great beaches on Mactan Island.

    Great beaches on Mactan Island. Also some good nearby attractions like Lapu-Lapu statue, Mactown Newtown, 10,000 Roses Cafe. You will also find more sites in Cebu city like Fort San Pedro, Magellan's Cross, Sto. Nino Church, Temple of Leah, Sirao Flower Garden, Little Kyoto, and Tops Overlook.

    Very reasonable prices for taxis and other transport to get around. Lovely cool shopping malls. Food is very, very good. The staff everywhere are lovely - exceptionally friendly without being intrusive.

    I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been made welcome by the staff. It’s almost just like going to see friends. I am amazed just how many of the staff remember me. Of course being situated right next to the airport is a huge plus. I am already looking forward to seeing my friends again in the future

    Mactan is a busy city. Very busy to commute, crowded, noisy.

    Mactan is a busy city. Very busy to commute, crowded, noisy. Give yourself plenty of time to get around. Tuktuk will take a long time to go far. Taxi is your best option for longer commutes. It is a central location to most tourist locations. But, if you want to go whale shark swimming, canyoneering, sardine snorkeling, I recommend staying in Mactan, close to the airport, for one night, then travel to other locations for the day. Hotel hopping is the best way to make the most out of your time in each location, plus rest up for the next journey.

    It was a haven within the chaotic city. Each room was a bungalow with porch. The property was so spacious with a gorgeous garden, and the pool area was perfect to nap or read.
