I had an amazing experience with such a lovely weather. The blossoms and other pretty plants at the site made our stay more beautiful. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful, professional, and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Will definitely visit again.

Awesome Hills Bhurban, just remember this name for the best hotel in Bhurban. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greetings and smiling to us . The location of the hotel is great . The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Murree ( Bhurban). Will be back to this place soon.

Very nice and comfortable cottages. Owner of Property Ma'am Nosheen very helpful and Quick to respond. Staff specially Yaseen and Munawar were very cooperative and they hosted same as home cooked meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! The place is aesthetically appealing, beautifully decorated, and feels so warm and homely. It’s very family-friendly, with comfortable spaces and nice views that made our time there even more relaxing. My correspondence with the host was great - it was welcoming and attentive, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything stayed clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a secure, peaceful and well-kept place to unwind with family. Will be going back again...

My stay at Haven Resort was fantastic. The mountain view from the room windows and balconies was simply amazing. Kitchen has everything for self cooking, And having a Gas BBQ facility available was a delightful bonus. The abundance of outdoor space was perfect for family get-together. I couldn't have asked for better retreat! Staff specially host was really cooperative and gave us true hospitality

    Very bad service, rude and unprofessional staff. They purposefully deceive the guests by naming events like "Brazilian Barbque" on Fridays while there is nothing 'Brazilian' about it no Barbque.

    i had to leave the hotel an hour after check in because he...

    i had to leave the hotel an hour after check in because he place was in such sorry state. not recommended for families at all. unsafe place with random men roaming around. anyone could come up to our apartment and take a look. absolutely sorry state of affairs. terrible experience. not recommended to anyone. Also, rude staff. used abusive language with me.

    Location was away from traffic and busy areas which was good. But they were packed to capacity due to which they did not give attention as in the past. Further, they had a musical concert @ Rs.15000 per person and those who did not opt for it, had limited choice in dining because their restaurants were closed on night 13th/14th August.

    1- Ambience : front desk corwded not a proper queue followed. 2- Hosue keeping services are really poor, they missed cleaning surface and areas, lobby side windows locks are not porpley function, wash room showers not working, food basket missed int he room, we have to call two to three for these petty services to make it working. 3- Parking not propely managed someone parked car in such a way that it looks occupied two parkings. 4- Overall food is pathetic in buffet, breakfast and Al-cart in chinese cusine. 5- Lobby fast food is better but not signature. In 5-Star I mean you are not expecting such blunders

    Mesmerizing weather and awesome beauty of the town. After Pearl Continental Hotel in Bhuban, I would recommend "Holiday Grand Resort Hotel" that is great value of money and have excellent staff to serve you.

    I liked the views from room most.

    I liked the views from room most. They did had live music could just sit in Gallery and listen to it. Facilites for children were there but did not get chance to use it. If you ever travel there and eat only order local food not fast food.

    Great Location!! Short drive from Murree Mall road and within walking distance of PC Bhurban and Chinar Golf Club. Beautiful surrounding and extremely helpful staff. The property was clean, decor was amazing, furniture was luxury and had all facilities like warm water, WiFi and Netflix as well. Also the property is gated and there are CCTV cameras outside along with guards making it perfect for families. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

    The ambience and the décor. The hotel is nicely located just below Hotel One before PC Bhurban. The views are excellent, specially from the top floor open terrace. The breakfast buffet was included in the price and all items were great.
