What a cool really relaxing location and grounds. We stayed in a villa or small building that had two rooms and easy parking right in front of where you stay. The entire stay was peaceful and you felt like you were sort of in the woods and a nice view out of the back porch area. We had a hammock as well as part of the room. The bed was comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked great. The room was very clean and modern. The grounds were also nice and they have bikes you can just grab and go for a ride around the area. We enjoyed the breakfast that is included with the room and they will even make eggs any style for you. The onsite restaurant was awesome and they provided recommendations of other places to eat that are great choices. The staff were super helpful and seemed like they enjoyed working here.

Loved meeting Anna who greeted us at the front gate and gave us a tour, then spent time chatting with us. She was fluent in English or this couldn't have happened. Anna shared information about the town which we explored the next morning, after coffee beside the pool. The layout of the rooms, the common areas, well tended gardens brings an ambiance of relaxation in a wonderfully rural setting close to town. This would be a fantastic venue for a family reunion, wedding, small business retreat etc. We will be back!

The stuff is excellent and I think what makes this unique hotel. They were always willing to accommodate and very thoughtful.

Hotel da Barrosinha is located on the edge of the Sado Estuary Natural Reserve, just 1.2 mi from Alcácer do Sal.

Just out of town, this is an interesting redevelopment of a former industrial property. Hotel was clean with good facilities for guests and businesses. Excellent restaurant on site, wine store as well. We highly recommend.

Located in the 1000-year old Alcácer Castle, this hotel features panoramic views of the River Sado and the green valley it runs through. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool.

We loved the classic design, its history as a convent and remaining castle walls. The pool is warm and surrounded by olive trees. The rooms are large-ish. We will try to book Historic Hotels going forward.

Hotel Salátia provides rooms in Alcácer do Sal near Igreja da Misericórdia and Igreja De Santa Maria Do Castelo. The 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi.

Beautiful little hotel y the heart of Alcacer do Sal. It was impeccable, extremely clean, the girl at the front desk was a sweetheart, she even accommodated us in a room with a view to the river. The hotel also gave us a 10€ voucher for breakfast in a very nice cafe also by the river! I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Alcacer do Sal!!!

Located within a few steps of Igreja do Espirito Santo and a 1-minute walk of Igreja da Misericórdia, Casa do Rio has rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Alcácer do Sal.
