A very nice modern apartment in an old house for four people, it had everything you need, very friendly hosts (thank you for all!!), peace and quiet. Highly recommended! Next time we come to Alijo we will stay here!

Grace, was the most welcoming host and couldn't do enough to make our visit perfect. This is a high quality new build on the site of her parents former home. The property is stunning, set within it's own vineyard. We were treated to local wine and home grown strawberries even though we arrived late and had not arranged an evening meal. We also met Grace's parents who were delightful. As we were on a motorcycle tour it meant only a one night stopover however we highly recommend Raposa Verde no matter how long your stay.

Situated in Sanfins do Douro in the Norte Region region, Casinha das Mimosas has a terrace and quiet street views. This villa features accommodation with a balcony.

Absolutely beautiful. Lovely old stone house converted into fantastic accommodation. We have double bed downstairs, and single bed upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need. Even coffee machine with capsules, variety of tea. Plus owner left welcome plate with bread, salami, walnuts, cashews. And water and snacks in fridge. The best accommodation we stayed in Northern Portugal. The village is like museum under open air full of megalithic houses built from huge blocks of granite. Totally surreal.

We were very well received at Casa major. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, offering sunbeds a lot of shady places. The house has a very nice antigue charme and we felt very comfortable. The bedroom was cosy with a good quality mattress. Breakfast was also perfect with a lot of fresh products. Very recommendable place

Alojamento Local Casa da Eira is situated in Murça and has a private pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay.

Elena is very kind and welcoming. I felt home directly. The flat is brand new and naturally fresh from the outside. There is also an air condition. On top of that, there is a beautiful garden and swimming pool with a great view on the vineyards. Highly recommend for a real Portuguese experience
