I like thats its well maintained, and our rooms are clean. The service of the security, valet, housekeeping and the in room dining. They are very welcoming and friendly, you will not feel intimidated or hesitant to talk to them unlike some other 5star hotel we have been even the luxury hotel didnt match the kindness of security and valet staff. I commend also how the in room dining handles the new year, as i know its very busy inside the hotel but we called them twice and still feel that they happy to serve, also great appreciation to the housekeeping staff who always clean our room especially on the 1st nyt and last nyt, everything is perfect. Feels like home inside the room. Highly recommended hotel!

I have been in this hotel with my family The hotel was nice with great rooms We stayed in 2 room suite. Ideal for family like me . We were 2 adults and 2 children. The room: Vert clean and nice decorated with spectacular views and all the comftable amenities. Special credits thay they have the washing machine. No worries about kids cloths getting dirty :) breakfast: It had everything~ Facilities: Dont miss the pool in the top floor They provide you towers Staffs; Everyone proffecional with smile! Special thanks yo the servicr manager Imen!!!! Lastly i would recomend cause this hotel had the best value for money! I was searching similar hotels to stay with my familly and concluded to this. We stayed here during our anniversary, and it was truly a special night. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, and every member of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is exceptional—right in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, so we could walk around and explore with ease. The view from our room was stunning, and we especially loved the fresh flowers in the reception area. What made our stay unforgettable was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel staff: flowers, balloons, and even a delicious cake! They really went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated. Highly recommend this place for a romantic stay or any special occasion. Amazing service, amazing location...thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!
