The customer service was great and amazing

Very clean and the stuff was amazing

The hotel is really close to the train station, so we arrived fast. It was really comfortable, clean and warm, considering that outside was raining and windy. In the room we had a water boiler, tea and coffee, so we could have a nice warm cup of tea in the evening and in the morning a fresh cup of coffee! Thank you, team Hotel Florentina!🫶 We recommend it with pleasure. Us, for sure, we'll come back!🍀🍀🍀

We've really enjoyed the large, airy room. It was quiet, we've had a good night rest. The bathroom had a nice bathtub, all necessary personal clean products. The first impact was with a very considerate receptionist, Constantin, if I'm not wrong, who accomodated us quickly, guiding us through the twisted halways to our room. Overall a great choice!

Big rooms, really clean, really helpful and welcoming staff.

Clean and spacious room, the private parking is a big plus if you come by car. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area and the beach is around a 5-10 min walk.

Great downtown location and offseason rates near a Carrefour.

The hotel is nice with a modern room, comfortable and clean. Coffee machine is very welcome. The property has own parking place and this is a big plus. P.S. : cofee is on the house :)

Great place, very comfortable, very clean. The staff is highly professional and friendly

Good value for money excellent location - situated near the beach delicious breakfast - you can eat cold cuts, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, bread with jam, fruit, you can have tea, coffee, a bowl of cereals with milk large room, very clean bedroom and bathroom internet, tv

Very close to both the Herli Sud bus station or the train station, which was very helpful for us. The room was also very clean and the bed was extremely comfy! Also, all of the appliances in our rooms were working, including the AC, kettle, etc. Great service!

The location was perfect for my needs.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and was generally very satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent and convenient for reaching local attractions and public transport. The hotel offers good value for money — although the interior appears a bit dated, it provides all the necessary facilities and comfort for a pleasant stay. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Overall, a reliable choice for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Eu sunt Alexe , un motociclist simplu , inexistent , nimeni . Am apreciat curatenia si amabilitatea . I recommend to all bikers , you have a parking lot .

The staff were very friendly. The rooftop terrace is beautiful 😍

Very cozy with all the amenities one could possibly desire. Great for couples and close to the beach and public transport. Awesome kind staff too, would definitely come back again!
