I liked the that the hotel was quiet and clean. The facilities were well maintained and working during our short weekend stay. There was a large amount of pools and spas and the hotel has a large outdoor area. The staff were polite and there when you needed them and not in your face when you didn’t. Continental breakfast was diverse and enjoyable, there were food options for everyone. I liked their egg omelette, breaded egg and pickles cucumber and red peppers.

Spa area and sauna. Private parking. Good food in the restaurant. Also, the apartment is really nice.

Very clean and modern rooms. Spa can be accessed based on reservation so you can enjoy it just by yourself.

Hotel in the centre of the town with clean and comfy rooms, excellent spa and very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made or stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

The immediate proximity to Lake Ursu. The delicious breakfast, plus the americano coffee was divine. The staff was lovely, very warm, both at reception desk and at breakfast. The room, the bathroom, the big terrace, the stunning view

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed from the first moment at the reception with a warm heart and we got all the information we needed. Given the fact that my mother (88 y.o.) had birthday, we got as a gift one day free access at the Spa centre. We opted for demi-pension (breakfast and dinner included) and we were amazed by the diversity of the offer for both meals. The room (family room) was modern and spacious and we had a large balcony facing the little spa town. For us it was a memorable stay and most of all we were impressed by the warm-hearted and professional approach of all the staff at the hotel: reception, restaurants, spa centre. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

The owner was very kind, helpful. The location very central, near the famous Lake of Sovata, « Ursu ».
