Absolutely amazing, anything you could need all packed into a small secluded space. We only stayed one night as a stopover but everything about the place was spotless, welcoming and thought out. We'll probably stop back here on the way back :)

The area along the Lagan River is beautiful.

The area along the Lagan River is beautiful. The town's location is lovely. The excessive praise heaped on the old town is a gross exaggeration. Ultimately, it's just a few houses. The ADAC map describes the front gardens of these houses as particularly beautiful. In reality, these houses don't have any front gardens at all. There are far more beautiful front gardens along the Kattegatleden trail in Sweden.

We ate at Laxrökeriet/Fiskrökeriet fantastic setting on the edge of Lagan. We were three people who ate three different dishes, all very satisfied good and plentiful. Nice to walk in this small town, unfortunately we visited the city center after closing but which offers many small shops.

Cozy center, would have liked to have had time to visit shops and restaurants. Did some shopping in the nice bread shop/café. Would have liked to have looked into the two second-hand shops I saw but didn't have time to wait until they opened. (went before 10). Chatted with nice locals on the walk.

The 3-course dinner was very good and tasty. However, the staff could have been much nicer and more caring, especially in these times when you still help and visit despite the circumstances. Breakfast was okay but it was not corona-friendly. A bit short of time, check-in can be earlier than 3:00 PM because the spa closes at 8:30 PM and you have to have time to eat dinner and go to the spa...

Parking lot next to the hotel was free. We were a group with multiple cars and that helped. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook as we had kids with us. Kids loved the bunk beds in the room. We. Even enjoyed some table tennis in the basement.

It is a very cosy and comfortable small house, a bit on the outskirts of Laholm, which makes it even better. Great to have a breakfast with the view on the horses waking up nearby. Many thanks Frida, it was a wonderful stay!

Near the city center of Laholm., you really have to visit it. Not far from the sea, if you travel by car. Friendly staff and enough place in the kitchen to put your groceries in the fridge and the cook you a decent meal
