This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, helpful and patient. The foyer is large and nicely and interestingly decorated; it is very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bar and restaurant on the top floor are large and also felt welcoming and comfortable. The staff there are wonderful as well. The views are great! The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of delicious food. I would absolutely stay here again!

The staffs are friendly and breakfast are good. Location is perfect and with free parking. The room size is big enough for both of us, bed is comfortable. Bathroom is the best compared with the other Scandic hotel. Overall, this is the best among all the Scandic that we had stayed for the past few weeks.

Front desk staff AND housekeeping r fantastic!!! It was a million degrees, but housekeeping on their own overheard me ask someone about AC, and on their own initiative brought me a small fan. Then the downstairs staff on their own too gave me another small fan, and together the room was nice and cool! Breakfast is great, and again, staff did a great job setting it up and serving ALL my needs (taxis, stupid questions, phone charging need, etc. Will recommend to everyone!!!

This was the only available option in Lulea, so we stayed there even though it was a little farther from the town center than the other hotels. But it is an easy, straight 15 or 20-minute walk from the train station. It is very clean and new. Great Greek restaurant next door. The Coop grocery store is also very close by.
