Very cozy and nicely furnished hotel. The staff were nice, and the room was comfortable and had a good view. Parking in front of the entrance, and a good breakfast was also something I enjoyed. While the hotel didn't serve any hot food during the evening I was there, they had frozen lunchboxes for sale for a modest price. These could be heated in a common guest-area, which had a microwave, a fridge and pantry with utensils and a dishwasher available for use. Since Guldsmedshyttan does not have that many places to eat, this was a nice alternative for me during my stay.

Charming hotel just about a mile from the train station. Jonas was very understanding of our train delay and accommodated our late arrival. We were so grateful after a grueling day of travel and arriving at about 23:30 to be treated so well. Our room was perfect and the bed was comfortable, soft but supportive and my hip bursitis was so happy! When we awoke we found that each room is decorated with its own personality. The common area is mid century modern and very light and welcoming. The shared bath was big enough and comfortable. The recommendation of John Scott for our lunch was spot on. If we are able to return, we will stay here again.

Kloten Nature Resort is a recently renovated campground in Kopparberg where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace.

We ate both a breakfast and a lunch. Both were delicious. We especially enjoyed the fish and chips. We loved the size of our cabin; it was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 small children.
