Enjoyed our stay very much, especially cozy vibe and calm surrounding, the breakfast was delicious. Location is great when you go by car , it’s close to the city. Highly recommend ! The view on the mountain from the bathroom was amazing!!

Great position (15 minutes by motorbike to Ljubljana center) in quiet zone close to supermarket and shops. The nearby highway don’t bother. The room is big and clean with a coffe machine and freeze.

Everything was great. I recommend you to eat pizza at the hotel restaurant; the pizza was really delicious. Breakfast was also good.

Great place. Would return for sure if I return to ljubljana

The hotel was really nice and very clean. It is close to Tivoli park and its great for a walk in the morning. The staff was very helpful and they were always available to answer any kind of questions.

The hotel is located at the outskirts of the city, but there is a bus station that takes you to the city center in aprox. 50 min. The building is well mentained, with free parking space, a nice outdoor terrace and well equipped and confortable rooms. The heating system and water function really good.The breakfast is a la carte but it was included in the accommodation price. I was happy with my choice for one day in Ljubljiana. Good value for money!

Smart elegant and well insulated room

Very helpful and very nice hosts, a clean, spacious, modern room. A lift is I think the fastest I've ever travelled with. Wi-Fi speed is enormously fast (measured about 350 Mbit/s). A breakfast was included and you choose what do you want from the menu (options are numerous), you get a coffee, juice and dessert beside a main breakfast meal. A parking is free of charge and very big too. Highly insulated windows (triple glass), you cannot hear a rain falling outside with the windows closed. No rollbars, but you can make the room totally dark by using thick curtains. I rarely give a ten, but this place deserves nothing less in my opinion.

Everything, the breakfast was good and the staff especially the lady (long blond hair with glasses) working in the afternoon shift was excellent.

Perfect stay! We stayed there on the last day of february so got the free parking spot, which was great. Everyone from the staff was amazing. Amazing breakfast- fresh, well done, well organized. The room was modern and very spacious (I think we might have gotten a free upgrade since it really looked huge for what we have paid)

Best staff, remarkable premises. I also slept in Ljubljana's 5-star Intercontinental hotel, and AS Boutique Hotel was a lot better... I will come back

Location, so close to the highway, but still close to supermarkets, and fuel stations. As I was travelling with my dogs, it was perfect with a lovely grassed area at the hotel to walk them. Also, open fields behind the hotel meant I could walk them on grass. Restaurant, one minute walk across the court yard. Good breakfast.

I got an upgrade, and the room was amazing!!! Exactly what I hoped for!! And the breakfast was as always perfect too. The stuff, as kind as always, you feel welcome from the first step through the door to leaving.

Very cozy and nice place. Everything was clean and new. The owners are very kind and caring. The location is also good and convenient. Breakfasts were really tasty. We felt like at home, this place has a soul ✨ It was very sweet that for Easter they gave kids small chocolates like Kinder or chocolate bunnies and also prepared colored eggs. I don’t usually like when kids eat too much sweets, but this was really cute ❤️ Highly recommend this place ❤️

Incredible bedrooms and really good breakfast!

Great location helpful staff. Also there is a gas station nearby you can buy things from there at midnight. We also used hotel’s airport transportation it was smooth. Thanks to crew of exe lev. It was great

The location is perfect and convenient for exploring the old city, also public transportation runs beside the hotel. Room is spacious enough, comfortable, with modern design and attention to details. Each of the staff members was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was incredible!

A wonderful hotel! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. The room had everything I needed — high-quality toiletries, tea, coffee, and bottled water. The location is just perfect, right in the very center, which made exploring the city so easy. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
