Everything. The Guesthouse is in a beautiful and quaint area. The room is spacious, cozy, and clean. Mattress is very comfortable. Water pressure and hot water is perfect. It is built with wood which gives the place a very cozy atmosphere. There is a bar / restaurant there with good views to rice paddy

This is a fantastic place to stay, beats a hotel hands down! Very friendly staff, super clean, spacious room, peaceful, the grounds are very well maintained with nice views from both the front and back. A nice light complimentary breakfast is available.and very friendly staff. Will be staying here on out return trip.

Man that did check in was very helpful. He went over a map of the area and was kind. Room was sealed to outdoors so wasn’t freezing in my room like the last 2 places I stayed

The building is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and beds. Staff was friendly and spoke good English, the dinner we had was quality and very affordable. Right on the river in the center of town, I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful host. He was so polite and friendly. The place is tucked away and somewhat tricky to locate but once there the accommodations were very good. Comfortable bed, hot water for showers and good Wi-Fi. If I had to travel to Mae Hon Son again, I would choose to stay again.
