This facility appears to be a student dormitory on the agriculture university campus with guest rooms on the ground floor. It was very quiet with no one around (maybe students went home for term break) Room was clean but smelled like dettol and mold. Mold was undoubtedly in the particle wood furniture - underneath or behind drawers where cleaning staff don’t normally reach. No staff on duty when we arrived but keys were neatly laid out with everyones our names written on arrival cards. Hot water in shower got hot and stayed hot.

Phenomenally nice hotel. Spacious, spotless and silent room with the most comfy bed I've had in a hotel in years. Nice hot shower in an equally spotless bathroom. The lobby and hallways are funky and super clean, with a great modern vibe. The staff were friendly and got me checked in with a smile. And they even had a package with free crackers and coffee for the morning. Lots of attention to detail in this place. They even have a concession downstairs that sells snacks and drinks. Note that it's down a narrow street, so there's nothing easily walkable from there, so you'll need either a car or a cab...but it's right in the main downtown area. I'll for sure be back in Sakhon Nakhon next spring to visit friends, and I'll 100% stay here again.

Good value for money. Comfort bed and room at convenient lcation. Staffs are helpful and nice as well. Exceed the price though it looks a bit old but inside is great.
