Every conceivable thing! A breakfast to die for in an amazing area. The gardens are out of this world. We were so well looked after by Kob and Jan - they are amazing, felt like crying when it was time to leave such a beautiful place. The owners are such lovely people and always have time to talk. No two rooms are the same, the pool and jacuzzi are amazing, as are the bar and pool room. Music and lighting amazing. Has to be seen to be believed.

The room had a spectacular view of the pool and the sea. The beach walks were wonderful along the water breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They only had breakfast and no other meals that would’ve been nice specially rainy time of year, so he would not have to walk. That would’ve been my only concern other than that it is a beautiful place to stay and I like the idea it was out away from the chaos of the city. This place is a little bit aged and probably could use some freshening up, but definitely a wonderful location, we will definitely stay here again in the future and it is part of our plans

FACILITY: The facility is new, centrally located, and the interior design is excellent. PARKING: Plenty of car and motor biking parking. ROOM: The room was very clean, air conditioning very cold, shower very hot, bed soft and comfortable, very large TV, and the room decore was new and eye appealing. Plenty of condiments and comfort items in the room (i.e., hot water pot, refrigerator, coffee, tea, water, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc) STAFF: The front desk staff and housekeeping went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable experience. The entire staff was very kind, accommodating, professional, and courteous. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was tasty with a great selection of meals for foreign or Asian clients. Thank you!

First, we had two connected rooms, but one room smelled damp and one of the toilets was smelly. The staff moved us to a newer building without any fuss and responded to our comments quickly. The location is only a 2-minute walk from the 7-11 convenience store with two local restaurants are nearby. Although, it is located near the main road but sound cannot get inside our rooms. Breakfast is served with Thai vegetarian food with eggs according to your order. Tea, coffee, and some slices of bread are placed there for self-service.

Located right on a local beach in Banglamung area, Serene Sands is within 15 minutes from downtown Pattaya. Free Wi-Fi and Free parking are available.
