This property is very comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. The staff, Peta and Mau, were very helpful and accommodating with transportation to town for shopping and dinner. The owner, Kjell, was fantastic. We enjoyed conversation and learning about the culture of Tonga. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved sitting on the deck for breakfast. The reef was just off the boat dock. It is a beautiful, healthy reef with many species of fish and coral. The bay was perfect for kayaking. Thank you to Mystic Sands for a wonderful stay.

Very convenient to town and TradeWinds dock. Not fancy but clean with a nice shaded balcony looking over the bay. Good price.

    Fantastic location, very close and enjoyable walk to town. Vava’u is an incredible place. The apartments are cute and ideally located with many good restaurants around. We had an issue with plumbing which owner Shane was kind enough to reimburse us a night. Shane was very helpful when we needed him, as we had a few different small issues.

    Location (very central but also noisy at night) Balcony Staff at Tropicana is helpfull and friendly (food is also good there) Car rental was very convinient
