The hotel has a perfect location, as well as, a free parking lot. The atmosphere is fantastic, even magic. The rooms are small but comfortable, supplied with all needed facilities, including free tea pot and tea. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean. The big terraces with big sofas in front of the rooms are very good for leisure. The breakfast is good, the restaurant food, too. The staff is very kind and helpful, with good English. The prices are reasonable. I would come back with pleasure.

Location, comfortable and clean

It is cozy and sparkling clean. It has a very nice restaurant and a rich breakfast. Far away from the city's traffic. Great value!

Everything… The location was excellent… Close enough to enjoy everything in the market but a little out of the way so it was not noisy at all. Everything in the room with digitalized, you could even push a button from the inside for do not disturb to show on the outside. The breakfast was ample and had healthy options as well as the junk food that people like; they had walnuts and the hard boiled eggs were kept warm, which I really appreciated. They had a coffee machine. There was a quiet elevator, but most of all the staff is amazing. I was allowed to stay in the lobby after checkout, which is noon instead of 11 as in most places, and when it started raining really hard and I didn't have a way to leave to go have lunch before it was time to catch my evening bus, they called down to the kitchen and ask the chef to bring me some food. It was probably the bestest meal I had eaten since I had been in Turkey, and when I tried to pay for it, they told me it was on the house. Remember this was after I had checked out. I cannot be grateful enough to these kind people and all the services that they offered there. And I loved the big flatscreen TV in the breakfast room that had peaceful music and nice scenes on it. The bed was comfortable, I had plenty of towels, the shower was great, and there was always hot water.

Room was good, lady on reception was really kind and she confidently speak Bulgarian and English.

The location itself is really good Staff was friendly and spoke good English and Russian Rooms were really good when it comes to price Very clean Overall the quality for the price is really good and we left very happy.

The room was clean and big enough. The location is great near to all the attractions. And the breakfast was very generous at the roof which has a great view.

taxis are close to entrance and great to talk with.
