location is super nice, right on a tiny beach in the gulf of Sinop; it's quiet in the evenings and the view is great; the staff is really helpful, breakfast is nice, including some fruits, which was rare on our trip to the Black Coast; they have private parking and access to a semi-private area on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Sinop is a very interesting old town with many surviving historic buildings, such as the fortress, the Pervahne medresse, the Alaaddin mosque, the former prison (unfortunately closed for renovation while we were there). The Ethnographic and Archeological Museums are worth a visit. It has a pleasant promenade along the sea front and places to swim, though the beaches are not brilliant. We got a dolmus to Akliman, just outside Sinop, where there is a country park with good walks along the coast and in the forest.
This property represents good European level and is conveniently located just steps from coastal promenade and city walls and towers of Sinop. Excellent breakfast served from 7.30 am is included. There os a lift to the upper floors. The staff is very friendly and helpful - they prepared for me info on buses and helped to buy ticket on-line. Thank you so much for your hospitality and help!
This is an excellent country stay alternative for people who visit busy Sinop and have their own transport. This is a small resort on a nice lake far from any other buildings. They have about 30 apartments and bungalows, but we were the only guests in late September. Very quiet and peaceful setting.
Everything worked. The included breakfast was very good.
Neat little hotel in Sinop. Fast and efficient check in. Newly renovated rooms were nice… small, but good for our overnight stay. Breakfast was acceptable, unfortunately not too amazing. Owner was very nice and even gave our Turkish driver a good price including breakfast. Lovely view and close to town.
The hotel has recently under gone renovation, and looks amazing. the current pictures on booking.com are out dated and certainly doesn’t do it justice. the hotel now has a swimming pool which was a welcome surprise. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
