The apartments are new and we’ll-designed, situated on a quite street a bit aside of a busy city centre. We stayed in room 303 in the first building, it had two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a small kitchen and a lounge, a corridor, and a guest bathroom. There also was a balcony overlooking the main Street. There were 4 of us and we felt absolutely comfortable. The staff are amazing, very helpful and professional. Alina at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, well done! The hotel provides buffet breakfast which was quite varied and tasty.

I stayed at Phoenix for a week with my family. We had the bigger cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. I loved having coffee on our terrace every morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had bottled water brought into our cottage every day as you cannot drink tap water there. I liked how they had a kids pool and an adult pool (even though some adults ended up bringing their kids to the adult pool, but that's on them) and the bar right next to it. There are really too many things to mention about this place, just in general it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

    Awesome place to stay. We have stayed here in the past. Great location close to supermarkets pubs ski shops and ski lifts. Comfortable beds and lovely layout of rooms.     Its wonderful new small hotel. 5 rooms on the floor. There are reception and small café on the first floor where you can choose delicious breakfast and latter dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are very warm with heated floors. Our balconies were at the back of the building overlooking the snowy forest. These rooms are quieter. There is free parking in hotel. All hotel team are very, very, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for superb staying for our family.

    Good value for the money , good location (lift is just 40m close to). Nice "underground" car parking (for additional money), unfortunately you can't book in advance, so it is lottery if you will have it or not. Good breakfasts and good SPA area(not so big).

    Nice and tasty breakfast choices, comfy bed and attentive staff, the receptionist even offered to help park the car for other guests. The location is ok, the hotel has its own dedicated spot in the Bukovel parking lot across the road. Didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately.
